Return & Refund Policy

At CAPTURESQUE, we take pride in delivering high-quality creative services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Due to the nature of our work, most services and digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, we aim to ensure client satisfaction through transparent communication and flexible solutions.


1. Services (Social Media, Design, Production, Branding, etc.)

All service-based projects (e.g., content creation, social media management, design, production, consulting) are non-refundable once the project has commenced, resources have been allocated, or deliverables have been provided. Exceptions may apply in cases of:

  • A billing error on our end
  • A project canceled before any work has begun

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.


2. Digital Products (e-Magazines, Downloads, Templates, etc.)

Due to the instant and non-tangible nature of digital goods, all purchases of e-magazines, downloadable content, and design templates are final and non-refundable.


3. Project Revisions & Satisfaction

We aim to deliver work that meets or exceeds expectations. Most projects include a predefined number of revisions as part of the scope. If you're unsatisfied with the outcome, we're happy to discuss reasonable edits within the terms of the original agreement.
